Founder of Collectif Riviera
I founded Collectif Riviera and still run it: 15 creative freelancers in brand design and digital marketing. I recruit, I own the client relationship, and I set up our shared workflows in Figma and Notion.
As the clients' main contact, I coordinated teams on 9 projects, bringing in €29K from B2B clients such as ENGIE and Figma.
That's where I learned to hold creative work and business together, which is exactly what complex brand projects in large organizations and cross-functional creative teams call for.
Fluid, ENGIE's design system
I grew and ran the community around Fluid, ENGIE's design system, to more than 916 members across 15+ business units worldwide: monthly events, onboarding content, and support for 20 champions in 14 entities.
The outcome: 8.9/10 user satisfaction, 100+ active projects, and rollouts from France to Brazil and the Philippines. I tracked impact with user surveys and case studies to keep adoption growing.
What I'm proudest of: a design tool became a community, one people chose to join and contribute to across the whole group.
