Leading a collective
I founded Collectif Riviera and still currently lead it—a network of 15 creative freelancers specializing in brand design and digital marketing. I handle everything from recruiting talent to managing client relationships, while building collaborative systems using Figma and Notion.
As the main point of contact for clients, I coordinated teams across 9 projects, generating €29K in revenue with B2B clients like ENGIE and Figma. This role requires balancing creative vision with business operations and team management.
Running this collective taught me how to balance creative work with business operations—skills that translate directly to managing complex brand projects in larger organizations and leading cross-functional creative teams.
Building ENGIE Design System
I grew and managed ENGIE's design system community (Fluid) to 700+ members across 15+ business units globally. I organized monthly events, created onboarding content, and supported 20 champions across 14 entities.
Results: 8.9/10 user satisfaction, 100+ active projects, successful rollouts from France to Brazil to the Philippines. I measured impact through user surveys and case studies to drive continuous adoption.
Most proud of turning a design tool into an actual community where people wanted to participate and contribute—creating a culture of collaboration and shared ownership across the entire organization.
